Property Compliance Manager
Salary: £25,850 per annum
Holiday allowance: 22 days per annum
Based in our Weston Super Mare branch
Working hours 8.30am – 5.30pm 1 in 6 Saturdays 9am – 1pm
An exciting opportunity has emerged within our clients lettings business. With six branches spanning from Bristol to Burnham on Sea, our clients currently oversee the management in the excess of 1000 properties. The dedicated Property Management Team is seeking a motivated Property Compliance Manager.
Duties include:
- Arranging property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
- Arranging any maintenance that is reported on inspections
- Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
- Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries
- Arranging & sending out Inventories and check outs
- Answering the telephone
- Office absence cover – dealing with emergency maintenance.
The successful candidate will have:
- Great Customer Service skills
- Organisation skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Articulate
- IT literate
- Preferably Lettings experience although not essential.
Training: Regular in-house training and online training is provided along with the requirement to carry out a Property Qualification equivalent to a Level 3 NVQ.
