Your Role as a Property Manager
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential let properties, overseeing the entire rental process from inventory and check-in to tenancy termination and deposit negotiations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Tenancy Management: Overseeing check-ins, check-outs, repairs, and deposit returns, ensuring smooth property management.

Property Inspections: Conducting 6-monthly inspections and advising landlords and tenants on necessary actions.

Landlord & Tenant Relations: Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, providing updates on maintenance, accounts, and compliance matters.

Property Upgrades & Compliance: Recommending improvements, managing refurbishments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Institutional Property Management: Assisting in the management of properties owned by institutional landlords, aligning with their investment goals and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:

Property Management Experience: Prior experience in property management

Strong Customer Service Skills: A professional, personable approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Excellent Administration & Organisation: Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Team Player Attitude: A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Numeracy & Communication Skills: Ability to handle financial aspects and communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
