£25,000 + Commission | Multi-Branch, Award-Winning Independent Estate Agency
Are you a Sales Negotiator with experience in valuations, looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our multi-branch, award-winning estate agency in Dorset.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build great relationships with buyers and sellers alike.
The Role:
- Sales & Negotiation – Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring the best results for clients.
- Market Appraisals & Valuations – Confidently valuing properties and winning instructions.
- Client Liaison – Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors.
- Viewings & Offers – Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers effectively.
- Local Market Knowledge – Keeping up to date with property trends and market conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, with valuation experience.
- A strong track record in sales and securing new instructions.
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
- A driven, motivated approach and a passion for property.
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
