Job Title: Energetic Branch Manager/Valuer
Location: Sedgefield
Our clients are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager/Valuer to lead the branch in the traditional village of Sedgefield.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and valuing properties in a highly competitive market.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
Residential Sales Management:
- Oversee and manage a robust residential sales pipeline.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Provide leadership to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Property Valuations:
- Conduct accurate and timely property valuations.
- Stay updated on market trends to provide informed valuation assessments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance repeat business.
Lettings Business:
- Lead and grow the thriving lettings business within the branch.
- Ensure efficient property management processes.
- Collaborate with the lettings team to optimize occupancy rates.
General Branch Management:
- Take responsibility for the overall performance and growth of the branch.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Extensive experience as an Estate Agency Branch Manager/Valuer is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of property markets and industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary (£25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year).
