Sales Negotiator Position
Having already worked in the property business and seeking to take your foundation skills to a higher level, you will be a key member working within a successful and growing team. However please note that If you have been employed successfully in a front end Sales environment position and have a solid understanding and desire to work in the property industry your interest and application will also be considered.
Key responsibilities/requirements of the Sales Role:
- Handling telephone and internet enquiries from applicants and vendors
- Property Phone Outs
- Viewings
- Sales Negotiations
- Supporting team members and clients
- General Administration
- Marketing
Basic salary of c.£18k – £20k (DoE) and OTE around £25k – £27k.
Please note that a clean driving licence and your own car is required to perform all areas of the role, as well as the availability to work weekends on rota.
