Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Upmarket Independent Estate Agent – Great Barr
Are you an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer looking for an exciting opportunity with a respected independent estate agent? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded agency in Great Barr, is seeking a driven and ambitious property professional to join their team.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you will play a key role in driving the success of the branch, valuing and listing properties while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for property and a track record of winning business in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Negotiating sales to achieve the best outcome for clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Providing expert advice on market trends and property values
• Managing the sales pipeline from instruction to completion
• Working towards and exceeding branch targets and KPIs
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or Valuer within an estate agency
• Strong knowledge of the Great Barr property market
• A natural ability to win instructions and close deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• A professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
