Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly and dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for property, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to securing successful tenancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling property enquiries and conducting viewings with prospective tenants.
- Negotiating tenancy agreements and securing lets in line with company targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Marketing available properties and ensuring they are presented to a high standard.
- Carrying out tenancy checks, referencing, and preparing tenancy agreements.
- Assisting with property inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Managing a database of applicants and landlords, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Working closely with the team to achieve business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings environment is essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
- Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance is desirable.
