Sales Negotiator – Birmingham
Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for property sales? We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a fantastic, independent estate agency in Birmingham. The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping buyers find their perfect home while supporting vendors through the sales process. You’ll need a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for matching people with properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling enquiries from buyers and sellers, providing excellent customer service.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings with potential buyers.
• Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for clients.
• Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring transactions progress smoothly.
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to facilitate a seamless sales process.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Keeping up to date with local property market trends.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in residential property sales (preferred but not essential).
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred).
