About the Role:
As a Senior Lister, you will be responsible for securing new instructions and driving business growth while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will play a key role in valuing and listing high-quality properties, offering tailored marketing strategies, and maintaining their high reputation as a premier estate agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market appraisals with confidence and accuracy, securing high-value instructions.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract premium clients.
- Maintain exceptional industry knowledge and stay ahead of market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand’s premium reputation.
- Work closely with the wider team to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
About You:
- Proven experience in a lister role, ideally within the mid to upper end of the market.
- Polished, professional, and highly presentable with excellent communication skills.
- Creative and forward-thinking, able to bring fresh ideas to marketing and sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing instructions and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- A team player with a proactive and ambitious approach.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
