Property Manager – Swindon
£25,000 – £30,000 | Monday to Friday | Lettings Agency

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team in Swindon. This role involves managing maintenance for a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring a smooth experience for landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property maintenance, handling tenant queries and Fixflo reports.
  • Arrange quotations and liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Conduct property visits, diagnose issues, and oversee quality control.

Requirements:

  • Experience in property management within a lettings agency.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
  • Capable of handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.

Salary & Hours:

  • £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
