An experienced customer service agent with solid administration skills is required to work within a small and friendly team in a modern office building in Basingstoke.
Preferably you would have experience in the property field as you will be required to provide exceptional front office duties, handle incoming calls, enquiries and the mail. As well as welcoming and assisting clients at the office, you will handle contractors and conduct viewings on site to encourage sales.
Supporting the Business Centre Manager, you will also be co-ordinating and organising customer activities, oversee complaints, promote and encourage site networking, along with event participation.
Further requirements of the role which are not exhaustive include the regular review of the building to ensure cleaning and maintenance are kept up to a high standard, ensuring marketing materials are available and pricing is up to date, and assisting with social media activities.
Basic Salary £25,000 – £27,000 dependant on experience.
