Our client is seeking a Property Coordinator to join their friendly team in their Cheddar branch.
Role and Responsibilities:

Property Management: Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all management duties are completed efficiently.

Viewings and Enquiries: Support with property viewings and handle enquiries as required.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside a very experienced and supportive Senior Lettings Negotiator.

Applicant Registration: Register applicants and maintain up-to-date records.

Conduct Viewings: Lead property viewings with potential tenants.
-
Driving Requirements: Must be able to drive and have business insurance.
Requirements:

Experience: Ideally, the candidate should have existing experience in property management or a related field.

Location: Based in Cheddar
Working Hours:
-
37.5 hours per week
-
Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 17:30
-
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 – 13:00 (with time back in lieu)
