Are you an experienced and respected Letting negotiator, keen to develop a career with a prominent independent agency in Palmers Green.
We are looking for a highly successful, ambitious and experienced negotiator or to join this market leading independent company.
You will be required to help grow their residential Lettings business and expand on their market share.

Requirements:
A proven track record in letting residential property
Confidence in dealing with figures and targets
Ability to assist the lettings team
Driving licence + Car
You will be required to
Taking a hands-on approach to the letting business.
Generate and conduct viewings.
Register and assist potential tenants.
Networking with agents and developers to identify new opportunities
Planning and initiating new business development strategies
Making every effort to raise the branch’s profile in the local area and beyond
