Our clients are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual who would enjoy being part of the team based at an Award-Winning Estate Agency in the Gloucester Office.
The role being advertised is to assist the busy sales team by way of an administrative role. Duties will vary, but include, registering applicants, data entry, dealing with clients, answering the telephone and general office duties.
Please note- this is an office-based role.
The successful applicant will have:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately presented across various platforms.
- Coordinate property viewings, liaising between prospective buyers and our agents.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and informative responses.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain organised records of all properties, transactions, and client communications.
- Support the sales teams in administrative tasks, including diary management and meeting coordination.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using software

Salary £21,000-£26,000 Per Annum DOE
Tuesday-Saturday 8.30 – 17.30 (can be flexible on hours)
