A truly fantastic opportunity to work in the gorgeous town of Stamford! Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Valuer/Lister to join their busy sales team in their thriving Stamford office, due to massive recent success.
This is a reputable independent agent, where the team working environment is of the up most importance. The successful candidate will be presented in a smart manner, have excellent interpersonal skills both over the telephone and in person and be able to approach all situations in a calm and professional manner at all times.
They will have worked as a sales valuer before and be aware of recent legislations have good local knowledge ideally. The previous experience can be as a sales negotiator who has carried out valuations before or an existing valuer.
Duties will include:
Arranging and carrying out valuations
Increasing the branch sales portfolio
Working with new and current vendors and buyers
Returning feedback to clients
Negotiating terms and sales contracts
