A super opportunity has arisen to join a very well established and upmarket Independent firm in Bath.

Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are highly respected within the area and are looking for highly professional and driven individual to be part of their team.

The role will include:

-Generate market appraisals
-Deal with mid to top end of the market
-Liaise with vendors and potential buyers
-Generating and attending viewings
-Working closely with the director
-Administration
-Attend market appraisals

Candidate qualities:

-Salary depending on experience and candidate qualities
-London experience is highly desirable or experience working at the top end of the market
-Exceptionally polished and up market
-Red hot sales person
-Beautifully spoken and professional
-Confident and gracious
-Able to take instruction and learn
-Eager to please and very customer focused
