An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well established and busy independent office in Bourton on the Water.
Our client is a reputable brand who is extremely passionate about what they do and are looking for a like minded individual.
The position will involve:
·Administration
·Canvassing
·Viewing Generation
·Market Appraisal Generation
·Attending Viewings and Valuations
·Landlord Care
·Viewing Feedback
The ideal candidate will have:
·Previous customer service and sales experience
·Full UK driving license
·Self motivated and capable of working towards a target
·Well presented
·Knowledge of Lettings Legislation would be desirable but not essential
You will be highly motivated and driven and will enjoy being part of a successful and well establishhed firm.
1 in 3 Saturdays with half a day in lieu.
21 days holiday – Christmas Holiday period off as bonus holiday
