Award winning estate agents in Finchley have a position for a Lettings Negotiator. The ideal candidate will have 6+ months experience in a previous Lettings Negotiator role and will be able to respond to leads from our website and property portals.
Responsibilities will include generating valuations, generating and carrying out viewings, handling negotiations, compile property descriptions and show properties to potential tenants.
The Suitable Candidate will have:
·Excellent telephone manner ·Lettings background ·Be motivated ·Energy, enthusiasm, and a ‘can do’ attitude ·Excellent customer service skills ·The ability to work in a high pressure & target driven environment ·
Full driving license and own car.
Basic salary + commission ote £35k+ Full time office based More information from William Burn at the AMR Group.
