Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Location: Black Country, West Midlands

Overview:
A well-established independent estate agency, with over 35 years of experience, is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their dedicated and professional team. The company is renowned for its friendly, customer-focused approach and in-depth knowledge of the local property market, offering services in residential sales, lettings, and property management.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Acts as the main point of contact for prospective tenants, understanding their needs and matching them to suitable properties.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with landlords, providing regular updates and feedback.
Property Management:
Conducts property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits to potential tenants.
Assists in preparing tenancy agreements and ensures all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Market Knowledge:
Keeps up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and developments within the local area to provide informed advice to clients.
Advises clients on the letting process, including legal obligations and market conditions.
Administrative Duties:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients and properties using internal systems.
Ensures compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a lettings or estate agency role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in IT, including familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
