This well known property brand run an effective lettings and management department, looking after an extensive portfolio of homes and landlords throughout the United Kingdom. The branch has quickly expanded and found itself in high demand, with not only builders but also home owners turning to them to provide the same high level of service in selling, letting or managing their properties.
Previous property sales experience would be required along with a driven, sales orientated attitude. Must be target driven, focused and organised, while willing to go the extra mile for clients. Would be perfect for a candidate who loves valuing and listing property, but also the thrill of negotiating sales.
