Residential Sales Valuer 
2+ Years valuing experience 
Up to a £28k basic with an OTE of up to £45k 
Woolton, Liverpool 

Our client is a leading independent estate agency with a strong reputation for providing exceptional service and achieving the best possible results for our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Valuer to join their successful team in Woolton.

About the Role:

As a Residential Sales Valuer, you will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, making a lasting impression and playing a crucial role in generating new business. You will be responsible for conducting accurate and informative market appraisals, winning instructions, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct residential property valuations, providing accurate and informed advice to potential vendors.
  • Generate new business opportunities through effective lead generation and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the valuation process.
  • Present the company’s services and value proposition effectively, highlighting our unique selling points.
  • Negotiate fee agreements with vendors.
  • Prepare and present compelling market appraisals, demonstrating a thorough understanding of local market trends.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant property legislation and market conditions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient property marketing.
  • Achieve agreed targets for valuations and instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage your diary effectively.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of success as a Residential Sales Valuer + 2 years
  • Strong understanding of the local property market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and  influencing skills.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented approach to valuations.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
