Our client is a leading independent estate agency with a strong reputation for providing exceptional service and achieving the best possible results for our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Valuer to join their successful team in Woolton.
About the Role:
As a Residential Sales Valuer, you will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, making a lasting impression and playing a crucial role in generating new business. You will be responsible for conducting accurate and informative market appraisals, winning instructions, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential property valuations, providing accurate and informed advice to potential vendors.
- Generate new business opportunities through effective lead generation and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the valuation process.
- Present the company’s services and value proposition effectively, highlighting our unique selling points.
- Negotiate fee agreements with vendors.
- Prepare and present compelling market appraisals, demonstrating a thorough understanding of local market trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant property legislation and market conditions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient property marketing.
- Achieve agreed targets for valuations and instructions.
- Maintain accurate records and manage your diary effectively.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of success as a Residential Sales Valuer + 2 years
- Strong understanding of the local property market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Accurate and detail-oriented approach to valuations.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
