Residential Sales Manager – £28,000-£30,000 DOE + £36,000-£38,000, Crewe
Our client is seeking a Residential Sales Manager to join their team in Crewe.
Job duties:
Leading and managing the team of negotiators to achieve optimum results, meeting high standards of professionalism and following processes to satisfy legal and quality requirements.
Managing workloads and outputs and developing staff to be top class industry professionals.
Willingness to set an example and be hands on when required.
Accurate and timely reporting to Senior Management. There will be some valuation opportunities also, but this is primarily an office based management role, while contributing to negotiator workload.
Qualifications
• Experience in estate agency and the negotiator processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of property market trends and regulations
• Proficiency in sales strategies and customer relationship management
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Committed and hard working, focused on delivery and success
