We have a super opportunity in the beautiful South Hams area for an experienced new homes sales negotiator working on site either full or part time (to include every Saturday) in the New Homes department of a prestigious Estate Agency with a basic salary plus commission.
Are you an experienced property sales negotiator with some experience of working off plan in either New Homes or Estate Agency and are you living in the South Hams area? We have an existing opportunity which can be a little fluid to suit the candidate. It could either be 3 days per week, to include every Saturday and this could be full days or perhaps 10-3 to suit school hours. Or it could be full time with 3 or 4 days on site and then the rest of the time every prospecting or working in the residential estate agency department. This would be for a small development in a beautiful location in the East side of the South Hams. You would need to have at least two years experience and a great track record in property sales and have your own car.
Salary flexible for the right person but in the region of £25,000 plus commission plus pension .
