Our client seeks a high calibre Mortgage Advisor for their offices in Cirencester.

Job Description-

Experience of ‘whole of market‘ advice is important, along with being a qualified CeMap mortgage and protection advisor to work under our clients appointed representative network.
They run a family style company where everyone is empowered and supported. 
You will need to align to their values of being Knowledgeable, Passionate, Professional, Caring, Creative and Fun.
Some hybrid/WFH will be available but office presence will be required to support training and developing of estate agency teams.
Basic salary: £28,000 per annum with attractive incentive and commission package
OTE £40,000 per annum.
A guaranteed commission structure will be put in place for the first 6 months.

The position includes 24 days holiday, a pension contribution, additional holiday for long service, an employee assistance programme, and a partnership style company profit share scheme.
