We’re looking for a go getting, self-motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team in the Market Leading Oakham Office.
An extremely rare opportunity has arisen to join the areas leading property professionals as a full-time Lettings Manager within an award-winning, independent Estate & Letting Agent. We’ve built a reputation by providing Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants with a service that is second to none and is focused on the moving goals of each individual. You’ll be working with and leading a close-knit, professional team with excellent support from motivated individuals within the office.
What we’re looking for?

- Ability to Lead & Motivate a team of professionals
- Experience within the Lettings Sector in Property Management, Lettings Process & Negotiation.
- Knowledge of the Legislation around Lettings & Property Management
- Happy to be at the forefront of Legislation Changes
- A professional attitude that takes pride in their work and the service they provide. A real company champion!
- A great listener & positive mindset.
- Commercially minded individual that is process driven with the ability to spot opportunities and tactically resolve issues.
- A confident communicator, with experience of communicating both in person and over the telephone.
What you’ll be achieving daily?
- Managing a portfolio of properties through the rental process
- Conducting professional and informative property viewings and landlord appraisals
- Managing the rental process from application through to move in, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
- Ensuring compliance and tasks are completed on time and pro-actively.
- Compiling all appropriate documentation required by legislation for property lettings.
- Communicating and prospecting with prospective clients in an informative and professional manner
