A super Independent Estate Agency in Coventry are looking for an experienced Valuer/Lister to join their busy team and ideally need an experienced candidate looking to earn around £40-45,000 per annum.
This is a rare opportunity for a reliable and professional person looking for long term career prospects. The ideal candidate will be motivated and will help to push the business forward, come from a strong estate agency background, be an experienced estate agency valuer and be dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of service..
Duties:
- Generate Market Appraisals
- Attend market appraisals and complete take on’s
- Vendor care & sales progression
The Candidate:
- Motivated and Dedicated and a real team player
- Hard-working
- Sales, Valuing and Administration Experience
- Well presented with a high level of spoken and written English
- Eager to learn and further their skill set
- Passionate about the Property Industry and dedicated to driving the business forward
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Great IT skills
In return for loyal service and dedication to their team, our client can offer long term employment within an established and friendly team with a competitive salary in the region of £27,000 with OTE of £40-45,000.
09.00 – 17.30 Mon-Fri with every other Saturday working 09.00-13.00. 1/2 day in lieu will be given when a Saturday is worked.
