Sales Negotiator –
Full time, Monday to Friday (8:45am-5pm) & 1 in 3 Saturdays

The Role: Sales Negotiator
The Sales Negotiator role is at the heart of delivering an outstanding customer experience for buyers and sellers. From managing day-to-day sales enquiries and booking viewings to handling transactions from initial enquiry through to completion, you’ll ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.
This dynamic role requires exceptional organizational skills, a methodical approach, and the ability to multitask under deadlines. While previous estate agency experience is desirable, it’s not essential – we value motivation, enthusiasm, and a commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Property Administration:
- Schedule and arrange valuations, viewings, and other appointments.
- Accompany valuers on property measure-ups when required.
- Manage property details to ensure accuracy, up-to-date information, and professional presentation.
- Obtain and communicate feedback from viewings, balancing honesty with tact.
- Professionally correspond with clients via email, phone, and in person.
- Facilitate negotiations and manage offers to secure successful transactions.
Customer Service:
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and solution-oriented approach at all times.
- Keep clients informed at every stage of the buying or selling process.
- Exceed client expectations through exceptional service delivery.
Additional Office Duties:
- Ensure the office and property displays are well-presented.
- Manage office supplies and monitor invoices.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and share innovative ideas to improve processes.
- Offer support across offices during peak periods or absences.
