Sales Negotiator

Role Purpose
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our buyers and sellers receive a seamless and professional experience. From handling inquiries and managing sales processes to sourcing valuations and booking viewings, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring all stages are executed with efficiency and care.
This role suits a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Prior estate agency experience is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Sales & Client Management
- Handling sales inquiries and sourcing valuations.
- Scheduling and accompanying viewings and measure-ups.
- Negotiating offers and keeping clients informed at every stage of the process.
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth progression to completion.
Property Administration
- Managing property details, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collecting and sharing honest, tactful feedback with clients.
- Maintaining professional communication via email, phone, and in person.
- Keeping comprehensive written records of correspondence and actions.
Customer Service & Office Support
- Providing an exceptional standard of service, aiming to exceed client expectations.
- Supporting general office administration, including supply orders and housekeeping.
- Assisting in maintaining property displays and office presentation.
- Offering ideas and solutions to improve processes and client satisfaction.
