Our client is seeking an experience Senior Negotiator/Valuer to join their team in Congresbury.
This senior negotiator / valuer role would suit an ambitious and experienced individual looking to work in a competitive country marketplace, working for a well-established, independent estate agents with an impeccable reputation.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished salesperson and lister, enthusiastic to win available business and help create new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
· Register daily leads & secure viewing appointments.
· Convert Local leads to valuations
· Maximising income with listings, sales, mortgages & solicitors’ referrals.
· Attending valuations and winning instructions
Requirements of the Valuer:
· Self-motivated, hard-working and results driven
· High level of organisation skills
· Previous valuations experience and track record of winning sales instructions
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements
Working hours:
· Monday to Friday – .845 AM – 5.30 PM
· One in 4 Saturdays – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Basic Pay: £28,000, plus 2% of office commission – £45,000 plus,
OTE per year
Mileage paid, 28 days holiday, plus long service package, your birthday off, referral commissions, and a company pension scheme.
