The Role

Working in our clients busy lettings department managing a portfolio of properties, the role is available in the Teesside area working as part of a thriving team.

Duties will be to effectively market current available stock, arrange viewings, attain feedback and successfully reference applicants. Arrange tenancies and organise move ins for tenants.

Ability to manage the current stock of properties in this area and build relationships with existing and new Landlords.

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with alternate Saturday.

About you:

You must be able to work on your own and as part of a team as some time in branch will be working alongside a sales team. You’ll need to be organised and work well under pressure, polite and punctual.

Lettings experience is ESSENTIAL and knowledge of existing legislation and lettings process is required to help grow this
