Job Title: Lettings Consultant
Location: Stourbridge Office
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Lettings Consultant to join a dynamic team in Stourbridge. Based in a well-known and established independent estate agency with a well-positioned and highly visible office, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring success in all aspects of the lettings process, from initial enquiries to tenancy agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming enquiries via telephone, email, website, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate and manage the diary for property viewings and appointments.
• Conduct property viewings and represent the company professionally to prospective tenants.
• Prepare and deliver property performance reports and regular updates to landlords, Partners, and the Managing Director.
• Manage the entire tenancy application process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant lettings regulations and company policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Extensive experience in the lettings sector.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of property management processes and compliance requirements.
• Good awareness of the local housing market and trends.
• Excellent telephone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Competent IT user, with experience in lettings or property management software.
• Must hold a full, clean driving license (own car preferred; company pool car available).
