My client is a respected and successful Multi Office, Independent Estate Agency and they are looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their Office.
They are either looking for a Trainee negotiator or someone that has been in the business for a year or so and is looking to make the next step in their career
Ideally you will be/have –
- Experience of Sales in a performance orientated role
- Dealing with applicants, Vendors, Buyers
- Negotiating ·
- Must be confident with proven track record
- Self-motivated and determined
- Must be enthusiastic, display high standards of service and presentation and have good organisational skills
- Ability to generate new business
- Desire for Career Progression is necessary
- Must be car driver with clean licence
Package on offer –
- Basic £18-20,000
- Pool based Office Commission £12-15,000 a year
- Realistic OTE £30-35,000
- All successful candidates can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ income, and referral of listings and lettings business (You can gain between £3-10K per annum on these additional opportunities)
- Mortgages £35 gift voucher.
- Solicitors £50 Gift voucher.
- Property referral £100
- Google reviews £10
Hours
- The office is open 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
- 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday.
- Closed Sunday
- Working a five day rota with one day off during the week.
