Lettings Manager

A leading residential Estate Agency in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to join their successful team. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, we are looking for a like-minded professional to contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Book and attend market appraisals
- Proactively canvass to generate new business opportunities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Stay up to date with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in lettings, ideally in a managerial role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and target-driven approach
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of current property legislation and compliance
- A full UK driving license is preferred
