We’re looking to expand our Commercial Property team, based in our Grey Street office in Newcastle, with the recruitment of an experienced MRICS Commercial Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our diverse team, including four other Commercial Surveyors. The role will have a particular focus on Property Management work but will also encompass some Commercial Property Agency. The candidate will also take an active role in developing our commercial services across the region.
Preferred Requirements:

  • Three years or more experience within the North East Commercial property market
  • Experience in property management work
  • Experience in commercial property agency
  • Confident in seizing opportunities to meet our business development objectives
  • A valid driving licence and use of own car

Competitive salary based on experience.
