Our client, who is an extremely successful sales and lettings agent in the Bournemouth area and a well-known brand, is looking for an experienced lettings property manager to join their team.
The lettings team has a rapidly growing portfolio of property to manage and the successful candidate will experience the best of both worls by driving the lettings divission as well as overseeing the property managment aspects as well.
Therefore, to be considered for this role you will need to have current estate agency lettings sales experience and will also be used to completing inspections, check-ins and check-outs, maintenance issues, handling deposits and the returns, along with other usual day-to-day property management duties.
Due to the high level of business you will need to be used to “juggling many balls in the air” at the same time.
The company is looking for an outgoing, hard-working and personable individual who enjoys working in a busy and professional sales environment. The successful candidate will require their own transport as property inspections will form part of the role.
There is a basic salary of c.£25,000 – £30,000 (DoE)
