A leading independent Estate agent are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator for their flagship branch in North Finchley, North London. Purpose of the role: – To assist the Sales team in the smooth running of the department and its ongoing success. – To liaise with clients on a regular basis regarding their requirements and provide a high quality service at all times. Duties and Responsibilities: – Regularly liaise with applicants, Buyers and Vendors in relation to their requirements – To match suitable properties to Buyers requirements – To arrange and attend property viewings – To negotiate offers – To generate new instructions and business – To arrange Viewings and valuations – To meet set targets – Administration You will ideally have minimum of 1-2 years experience in the property industry and have the ability to win and cease new business opportunities. Personal Qualities – Able to work as part of a team – Motivated and enthusiastic – Genuine enthusiasm for the sales industry – Well presented – Professional – Excellent communication skills – Ability to build rapport with all types of people and generate new business.
