Property Manager – BS8, Bristol
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per annumLocation: BS8, BristolParking provided
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and organised Property Manager to join their team in the sought-after BS8 area of Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property management or lettings experience who enjoys taking ownership of a portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring properties are managed to a high standard.
The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties. Your duties will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Managing maintenance issues from initial report through to completion
- Liaising with contractors and arranging repairs and quotations
- Carrying out and coordinating property inspections
- Managing tenancy renewals and associated administration
- Ensuring relevant safety certificates and compliance requirements are kept up to date
- Handling deposit and end-of-tenancy matters
- Resolving queries and issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
- Working closely with the wider lettings team to provide an excellent level of service
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable managing a busy workload. Previous experience within residential property management, lettings or a similar property-based role would be highly advantageous.
You will have strong communication and customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
