A sales driven Negotiator is required to join a multi branch agency in Basingstoke.
This is an active front of office position where you will be supporting both the sales & lettings side of the business handling enquiries, registering applicants and progressing deals through to completion or moving in.
Package Details:
- £23,000 basic salary with an OTE £33,000 – £40,000.
- Monday to Friday working with Saturday working on rota
- Ongoing support & training available to encourage career growth
Duties of the role to include:
- Registering property viewings and booking valuations
- Arranging & conducting property viewings
- Viewing feedback
- Negotiating offers
- Progressing agreed sales and lets to completion
- Building relationships with clients to facilitate generating valuations, viewings, sales or lets
- Business generation
- Office Support
Key skills required:
- A professional and confident demeanour
- Good computer skills
- Solid written and conversational skills
- Sales & Targets driven
- Able to see the bigger picture to maximise opportunities
- Organised and adaptable
- Good diary management
- Own car and UK driving licence
· Property experience is preferred but not essential if your previous work career demonstrates transferable skills from a comparable sales environment along with a can do and get up and go attitude.
