Property Manager
Birmingham & Wolverhampton
An established and growing residential property business is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to work across developments in Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines traditional property management with lettings, resident services and the day-to-day running of high-quality residential developments.
You’ll be the main point of contact for residents and will play an important part in ensuring the developments are well managed, occupancy remains strong and residents receive a genuinely good level of service throughout their tenancy.
The role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day resident enquiries and building strong relationships with tenants
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Managing move-ins, move-outs and rent collection
- Handling new lettings enquiries and conducting viewings
- Processing applications and tenancy documentation
- Carrying out inventories, interim inspections and check-outs
- Keeping property listings and availability up to date
- Maintaining accurate CRM, tenancy and compliance records
- Supporting Health & Safety and building compliance
- Helping organise resident events and community activities
- Working closely with the wider leasing, customer service and maintenance teams
The person
We’re looking for someone who is confident dealing with people and enjoys being involved in all aspects of residential property.
Previous experience within property management, lettings, Build-to-Rent or residential property would be ideal. You’ll need to be organised, commercially aware and comfortable juggling resident enquiries, maintenance issues, viewings and administration.
Above all, you’ll need to be personable and customer focused – someone who understands that good property management is as much about people as it is about buildings.
A full driving licence is essential, as the position covers both Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
Why apply?
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for something a little broader than a standard Property Manager position. You’ll have involvement across property management, lettings and the overall resident experience, working within a modern and growing residential portfolio.
