Senior Sales Consultant – Estate Agency
Birmingham – Prestigious Location£30,000 Basic | £40,000 + OTE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join a market-leading independent estate agency based in one of Birmingham’s most prestigious and sought-after areas.
Our client has built an outstanding reputation within the local property market and is looking for an experienced estate agency professional to become an important part of their successful team.
This would suit someone who enjoys working within a busy, professional environment and takes pride in delivering a first-class service to buyers and sellers.
The Role
As Senior Sales Consultant, you will be involved in all aspects of the residential sales process, including:
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Following up viewings and maintaining regular contact with applicants
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business
- Supporting the branch with achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
The Person
Our client is looking for someone with previous estate agency sales experience who is confident, personable and commercially minded.
You will need to be a strong communicator with good negotiating skills and, importantly, someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people and property.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator who is looking to join a highly regarded independent agency where they can develop their career and earn well.
Package
Basic Salary: £30,000OTE: £40,000 +
