Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
Location: Didcot, OxfordshireSalary: £25,000–£28,000 basic + OTE £35,000Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing estate agency team in Didcot, Oxfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a sales environment and wants to develop their career within the property industry.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping buyers find their ideal property while supporting vendors throughout the sales process. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, generate new business and work closely with the wider team to ensure sales progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Following up viewings and providing feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Maintaining regular contact with applicants and clients
- Generating new business and identifying sales opportunities
- Matching buyers to suitable properties
- Supporting sales progression through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
- Delivering a professional and high level of customer service
About You
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, personable and commercially minded, with the confidence to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
You will ideally have:
- Previous estate agency experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, target-driven approach
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
Previous estate agency experience would be an advantage, although candidates with a strong background in sales, customer service or other target-driven environments are also encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits
£25,000–£28,000 basic salary, depending on experienceOTE circa £35,000
