Lettings Negotiator / Valuer
Black Country
Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
We are working with a well-established and successful independent estate and lettings agency that is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to work across four of its Black Country offices.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has lettings experience and is looking for a role with plenty of variety, autonomy and the opportunity to earn well.
The position will involve working across an established network of offices, helping to grow the lettings portfolio while providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
The role will include:
• Carrying out rental valuations and winning new instructions• Building relationships with new and existing landlords• Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants• Matching applicants to suitable properties• Arranging and conducting viewings• Following up valuations, enquiries and leads• Advising landlords on rental values and the local market• Working closely with colleagues across all four offices• Identifying opportunities to generate new lettings business• Ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service throughout
We are looking for someone with previous estate agency or lettings experience who is confident dealing with landlords and comfortable carrying out valuations.
You will need to be personable, proactive and commercially minded, with a good knowledge of the lettings process and the confidence to win instructions.
The ability to build relationships is key. This isn’t just about opening doors and conducting viewings – we are looking for someone who enjoys generating business, speaking to landlords and helping grow a successful lettings operation.
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle will be required due to the nature of the role and travel between the four offices.
