We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a well-established and growing property business, to recruit an experienced Valuations Manager to join their North East operation.
Based from their Whitley Bay office, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced valuations professional to take a leading role in the continued development of the business across the region.
The Role
As Valuations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of valuation instructions across the North East, whilst playing a key role in developing the company’s valuation offering and client base.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing valuation instructions from initial enquiry through to completion.

Undertaking and overseeing residential property valuations.

Providing accurate and commercially focused valuation advice.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

Identifying and converting new business opportunities.
-
Building the company’s profile and network across the North East property market.

Supporting the wider team with your valuation expertise and market knowledge.

Ensuring all work is delivered to a consistently high professional standard.

Contributing to the continued growth and development of the North East office.
About You
Our client is looking for an experienced valuations professional who is confident operating independently and has a strong understanding of the North East property market.
You will ideally have:

Proven experience within residential property valuations.

A strong knowledge of the North East market.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

A commercial and business-development focused approach.
-
Strong report-writing and analytical abilities.
-
The confidence to deal with clients and professional stakeholders at all levels.

A proactive, ambitious and professional approach.
-
RICS qualification/membership would be advantageous.
