Senior Sales Negotiator
Ormskirk
£28,000- £30,000 DOE + Commission
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful, high-performing Estate Agency in Ormskirk.
We’re looking for a real go-getter – someone who loves Estate Agency, enjoys winning business and has the energy and drive to make things happen.
You’ll need a minimum of 2 years’ residential sales experience and be confident dealing with buyers and vendors, negotiating offers and helping drive sales through to completion.
The Role:
- Managing buyers and vendors throughout the sales process
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Proactively matching buyers to properties
- Generating new business and identifying valuation opportunities
- Following up enquiries and building strong client relationships
- Progressing sales and keeping all parties updated
- Working closely with the wider team to drive branch performance
- Delivering a fantastic level of customer service
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ residential Estate Agency sales experience
- Confident, outgoing and naturally good with people
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive, ambitious and target driven
- A genuine desire to work within a top-flight Estate Agency
- Previous lettings experience would be helpful but isn’t essential
The Package:
- £28-£30,000 basic + commission, dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays
