Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
Walsall | Full-Time | Competitive Basic Salary + OTE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a market-leading estate agency based in Walsall.
This is a client I have personally worked with for many years, so I can genuinely vouch for them as an employer. They are a great business to work for, they look after their staff, reward people who perform and have built a really good working environment.
They are now looking for a confident, driven and personable Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
The Role
You’ll be involved in all aspects of residential sales, including:
• Registering and qualifying buyers• Matching applicants to suitable properties• Booking and carrying out viewings• Negotiating offers• Providing regular feedback to vendors• Keeping in touch with your applicant database• Generating new business and identifying valuation opportunities• Working towards individual and branch targets• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers• Maintaining accurate CRM records
About You
Ideally, you’ll already have experience within estate agency sales and be someone who enjoys the pace and competitive nature of the industry.
You’ll be confident dealing with people, comfortable picking up the phone and proactive when it comes to generating business.
Most importantly, they are looking for someone with the right attitude – enthusiastic, hardworking, personable and keen to be part of a successful team.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle will be required.
