Senior Valuer – Oxford
Location: OxfordSalary: Up to £40,000 basic + OTE £70,000Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Estate Agency Valuer with excellent knowledge of the Oxford property market?
Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Valuer to join their successful Oxford operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established property professional who knows the local market, enjoys winning instructions and wants to be well rewarded for their results.
With a basic salary of up to £40,000 and realistic OTE of £70,000, this role offers an excellent package for the right candidate.
The Role
As Senior Valuer, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and increasing market share across Oxford and the surrounding area.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out market appraisals, winning instructions and building strong relationships with homeowners, while using your knowledge of the Oxford property market to provide confident and credible advice.
You’ll be joining a business that values experienced people, strong performance and individuals who can make a genuine commercial impact.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong experience within residential estate agency, ideally as a Valuer, Senior Valuer, Lister or similar
- Possess excellent knowledge of Oxford and the local property market
- Have a proven track record of winning instructions and converting valuations
- Be confident discussing pricing, marketing strategy and market conditions with vendors
- Have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Be proactive, ambitious and commercially focused
- Understand the importance of providing an excellent client experience
- Be motivated by targets and the opportunity to earn a strong commission income
