Property Manager – Exeter | £28,000 – £35,000- Monday to Friday 9-5pm
Looking for a Property Management role with genuine work-life balance? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded property business based in Exeter, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly and supportive team.
Offering a Monday to Friday schedule of 9:00am to 5:00pm, with only 3-4 Saturdays required per year, this is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking to progress their career within a stable and professional environment.
The Role
As Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of student accommodation across Exeter, including both privately owned properties and landlord-managed student rentals.
Key duties will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of a property portfolio
- Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants
- Carrying out routine property inspections
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and other stakeholders
- Coordinating maintenance works and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
- Handling tenancy-related queries and resolving issues efficiently
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience within property management
- Experience managing student accommodation or HMO properties (desirable)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- The ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
- Working towards or keen to do an ARLA qualification
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as travel between properties will be required

- Competitive salary of £28,000 – £35,000
