Property Manager – Leamington Spa
Location: Leamington SpaSalary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am – 2:00pm
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join a successful property team in Leamington Spa.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring a portfolio of properties is managed efficiently and professionally.
The Role
As Property Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, acting as a key point of contact for both landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Handling maintenance queries and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting back to landlords
- Managing tenancy renewals and other tenancy-related administration
- Liaising with contractors and monitoring works through to completion
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation
- Dealing professionally with any issues or disputes that arise
- Keeping property records and systems accurate and up to date
- Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the tenancy
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to manage a busy workload while providing excellent service.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience within property management, lettings or a similar property-based role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Good IT and administrative skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- A full UK driving licence
