Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next opportunity with a successful and highly regarded estate agency?
Our client is an award-winning agency looking for a confident and organised Property Manager to take responsibility for a residential AST portfolio.
This is a busy and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from tenancy start to finish.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a residential portfolio, managing the day-to-day property management process and ensuring properties remain compliant, well maintained and professionally managed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of residential AST properties
- Oversee rent, fees and payments
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors
- Arrange and manage property inspections
- Oversee check-ins, check-outs and deposits
- Ensure all safety certificates and compliance requirements are up to date
- Deal confidently with landlord and tenant enquiries
- Support lettings administration and tenancy processes
- Ensure properties comply with current legislation and regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Property Management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of property legislation, compliance and health & safety
- Excellent organisational and IT skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Professional and confident when dealing with landlords and tenants
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
