Sales & Lettings Negotiator | Uxbridge
Full-time | Salary Negotiable, Dependent on Experience
Are you an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator looking for your next opportunity?
Our client is a successful estate agency in Uxbridge, seeking a motivated and confident Negotiator to join their dynamic team.
This is a varied role covering both sales and lettings, ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, winning new business and progressing deals through to completion.
The Role
- Negotiate property sales and lettings
- Conduct professional property viewings
- Keep clients updated throughout the marketing process
- Progress sales and lettings through to completion
- Build strong relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors
- Proactively generate and secure new business opportunities
- Ensure transactions are handled efficiently and in line with current legislation
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales and lettings experience within an estate agency
- Minimum 1 year’s estate agency/lettings experience
- Good understanding of property legislation, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Confident, motivated and passionate about property
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
